1. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting Customer Service at +91-7283838383 or cc@microtek.in. Provide your order number to expedite the process. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refund for Cancellations: Full refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 5–8 business days to reflect in your account.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations: If Microtek cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability), we will notify you via the email or phone number provided at the time of purchase and issue a full refund within 7–10 business days.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: Products must be damaged, defective, or missing accessories/parts upon receipt, unused beyond testing, and returned in their original packaging with all included items (e.g., manuals, accessories).
- Reporting Issues: Inspect products upon delivery or installation and report any issues within 7 days of receipt via Customer Service.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required to process a return.
- Shipping Costs: Customers bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted products) and gift items (e.g., promotional freebies) are non-returnable unless defective, as required by applicable law.
4. Product Replacement
Due to the nature of our products, we discourage the return of our products post-delivery. However, if there is any issue with the product, we will be happy to assist you with the right solution, like replacement or service, as the case may be.
We will replace your products for up to 7 days from the date of delivery at your place. The replacement would be considered in the following circumstances:
- The product delivered was different from what you ordered (different model, size, specifications, etc.) All the parts of the product should be intact and in a functional state.
- The product delivered was damaged or defective, or used.
- Some parts/ accessories are missing.
In all the above cases of product replacement, you will be provided with a fresh product. Refunds will be provided only if we are not able to provide you with a replacement product.
5. Replacement or Refund will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The request is made beyond the above-specified time frame.
- Missing original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- You have used the products, or the product is damaged in some way after delivery.
- The product is not in the same condition as when you received it.
- Any accessory or consumable item that has been used or installed.
- Serial Numbers of the Products are tampered with or missing.
6. Return and Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact Customer Service at +91-7283838383 or cc@microtek.in to request a return. You will receive return instructions, including a return address and authorization details.
- Inspection: Microtek will inspect returned products within 10 business days of receipt and notify you of refund eligibility. In case we find that the above guidelines are not met, we will return the product to you without replacement/refund.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Bank processing may take an additional 5–8 business days.
- Alternatives: If a refund is not feasible, Microtek may offer a replacement or partial refund at its discretion.
7. Customer Rights
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable consumer laws.
