Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and create functional specifications. Prepare and execute test scripts for testing purposes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and process councils to analyze business requirements. Facilitate workshops and document requirements, functional specifications, and configuration details.
  • Work closely with the SAP technical team to translate functional requirements into technical designs.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP SD modules with involvement in 1-3 full cycle SAP implementations.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing SAP non-standard developments and enhancements. Participate in the complete lifecycle of SAP functional application projects.
  • Expertise in understanding business requirements, preparing AS-IS & TO-BE documents, and obtaining user sign-off for Business Blueprint documents.

Key Knowledge Areas in SAP SD:

  • Independently configure and customize SAP R/3 SD Module.
  • Build relationships and close sales in competitive environments.
  • Design, define, and assign organizational structures in customization.
  • Manage master data for customers, materials, and Customer – Material Info Records.
  • Configure sales processes including special sales document creation, pricing using condition technique, and determination of item categories and schedule line categories.
  • Determine partner functions, shipping points, and manage third-party sales processes and output determination.
  • Handle delivery and billing processes, bill of material processes, and credit management including risk categories and credit limit maintenance.
  • Execute intercompany billing and manage consignment processes.
  • Manage contract management and rebates processes.
  • Understand cross-functional elements within SAP SD.
  • Knowledge of CIN (Country India Version) and experience with GST.
  • Familiarity with ASAP methodology and excellent communication skills.

This role requires strong technical proficiency in SAP SD modules, combined with the ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders, analyze requirements, and contribute throughout the project lifecycle from design to deployment.
